In this case study, we discuss Jellyfish Health’s experience working with PG Exhibits at the 2017 HIMSS show. Jellyfish Health has attended this annual event, bringing together healthcare and information technology professionals from around the world for several years. HIMSS 2017 was held from February 19th – 23rd at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, and included more than 40,000 attendees and over 1,300 exhibitors.

Jellyfish Health is a technology-based healthcare company that creates ease with patient’s healthcare experiences by improving care practices, centers, and clinic visits.
Supporting Jellyfish Health’s first 20x20 exhibit at their largest event to date, while meeting their budgetary, design, and time requirements.
- There were two new Jellyfish team members assigned to manage HIMSS. This was both of their first times exhibiting at HIMSS and collaborating with PG Exhibits at an event.
- Taking what we’ve done in the past for Jellyfish Health, and infusing it with their new exhibit direction.
- Jellyfish’s exhibit at HIMSS 2017 was the largest exhibit the company has managed to date.
PG collaborated with two Jellyfish Health team members in the design and fabrication of their largest scale 20x20 custom rental exhibit at their industries largest event of the year. The companies first 20x20 custom trade show exhibit included an innovative graphic design with the companies updated branding, two demonstration stations with LED screens and a private meeting space. The new team members collaborated with PG Exhibits to manage their project goals, timelines, and guide them through the rules and regulations for the show they had never attended.
“The scale of our booth was so much bigger than any of the other shows we had worked on. It was an intimidating task, but the ideas and collaboration were so easily laid out working with PG Exhibits,” says Jellyfish team member.
Jellyfish Health’s decision to invest in a larger 20x20 exhibit, allowed them to improve their presence at HIMSS and increase the number of leads they generated. Throughout the entire process, PG ensured all project timelines were met, and the 20x20 custom exhibit was executed flawlessly at the HIMSS 2017. Partnering with our team, which has managed client exhibits at HIMSS for more than 10 years, relived the new team members of the stresses and overwhelming factors associated with learning the extensive rules and regulations. Lastly, working with PG Exhibits allowed their team to focus on their day-to-day operations and manage their marketing efforts for the largest show of the year.
Jellyfish Health partnered with PG Exhibits at HIMSS 2018. The show was held March 5-9 in Las Vegas at the Sands Expo Center. We took all that we have learned from their 2017 experience and implemented it at their HIMSS show in 2018.
