Our decision to promote from within will allow us to continue to support the growing needs of our clients and ensure we’re providing every project with the “The Better Experience.” The employee promotions include:
David Walker – Vice President of Operations
We’re pleased to announce David has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. His new role oversees the graphics, production, and warehouse departments. David has been one of the key members of our leadership team and we’re confident he will excel in his new role. His years of dedication to supporting clients and the growth of our team will make him suitable for successfully managing operations.
Dan De Mars – Creative Director
Dan DeMars has been promoted to Creative Director. His new role oversees the Design Department, where he and his team will cultivate immersive and experiential branded exhibits for our clients. He will work with PG Executive Management on all facets of the process and assist with new acquisitions and existing client relations. As Creative Director, he will help clients grow their brand by maximizing ROI through artfully crafted exhibits and environments.
Matt Miller – Production Manager
Matt Miller is our newly appointed Production Manager. His dedication, attention to detail, and knowledge of production make him the greatest candidate for the position. For more than (5) years, Matt has served as our Project Manager and liaison for production. We’re pleased to have him on our team and look forward to his support in production.
Josh Ross – Warehouse Manager
Josh Ross has accepted the position of warehouse manager. He will be responsible for warehouse day-to-day and service-related activities. This position will allow him to provide a greater deal of organization and management to the warehouse schedules. Overall, we’re happy to have his support in the communications and standardization that adhere to the processes and most importantly take care of our clients.
We are very excited to have these four individuals on our team and look forward to watching them grow with their new roles.
